Refund policy

Refunds & Returns:

The products on Talking Willow are unique and produced and printed to order, therefore, they are non-refundable.

Talking Willow only offers reprints or replacements for faulty, defective, damaged, or lost orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Talking Willow Credits.

Before placing and submitting your order, please double check that your shipping address is correct and that the item you chose is the correct size and color.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact Talking Willow and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, I will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement.

If you received a different item than ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact me through my Contact page.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lorie Drozdenko, P.O. Box 95, Dahlonega, GA US 30533.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
