The products on Talking Willow are digital, so there are no returns or refunds.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact Talking Willow and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, I will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement.

If you received a different item than ordered, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact me through my Contact page.
